A new trolleybus line opens via Lyudviga Svobody Prospect and Pobedy Prospect, to the tramway loop at the end of Pobedy Prospect. The Lines 2 & 40 extended: http://gortransport.kharkov.ua/news/20746/

Starting from January 1st, trolleybus Lines 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 23 & 57k will be suspended. The service on the Lines 4, 13 & 14 will be cut back. Eight routes will remain in service — the Lines 2, 4, 7, 13, 14, 18, 21 & 57. The Line 57 will be rerouted via Komsomolskaya Ulitsa and Mira Ulitsa instead of Banykina Ulitsa. Hence, the Banykina Ulitsa line, and many lines bordering the AvtoVAZ car factory, will no longer have revenue service. http://goo.gl/9QvX5H

An agreement was reached for a delivery of 21 second hand Tatra T3 trams from Prague to Mariupol free of charge. Upon a transfer to Ukraine cars' wheelbases will be replaced either in Kharkov or Dnepropetrovsk. It is expected that Tatra cars will enter regular service in the spring of 2016.

The Dzerzhinsk tramway is closed. The last trip via the Line 4 was operated by the car 052 "Our Home Town", former Ivanovo 319, which pulled into the Depot 2 at 23:17.
