Service has begun on the extended section of Line F from Comtes to Wolfisheim – Henri Rendu.

ООО "Скоростной трамвай" впервые с 1980 года стало оператором нескольких городских и пригородных автобусных маршрутов Старого Оскола.

Трамвайное депо, помимо основной деятельности, по результатам открытого конкурса на перевозки по нерегулируемым тарифам обеспечивает работу автобусных маршрутов 5, 11, 12А, 13, 19, 21, 22, 25, 32, 33, 33А, 33С, 35, 101, 101А, 101Б, 103А, 106, 106А, 114, 116, 128, 131, 147 и 566.

The Breda LRV2/LRV3 streetcars have been fully retired in San Francisco. Their final run took place on November 12, 2025. The Muni Metro system is now operated exclusively with Siemens S200 vehicles.

В Джакарте торжественно завершилась пассажирская эксплуатация электропоездов Tokyo Metro 7000 series после 15 лет непрерывной работы.

Завершена пассажирская эксплуатация метровагонов Ем-501/Ема-502. Последние два состава, курсировавшие по 1 линии, отставлены от работы.

Trolleybus traffic in the city is closed.

В город прибыло 7 первых автобусов для МУП "ИжГЭТ" на замену троллейбусов. Их выход ожидается в первом квартале 2026 года на троллейбусные маршруты 4 и 7. Всего до конца года поступит 33 низкопольных и 17 полунизкопольных автобусов марки НефАЗ.

На территории Мытищ начал работу первый электробусный маршрут № 1133а "Метро "ВДНХ" — 4-ая Парковая улица", обслуживаемый Мосгортрансом. Это первый электрический наземный транспорт в городе.

The first of eight new Škoda 21Mt trains for metropolitan lines 1, 2, and 4 arrives in Sofia.

UAB "Tolimojo keleivinio transporto kompanija", bendradarbiaudama su UAB "Multivanas", perima visų vietinio (priemiestinio) susisiekimo autobusų maršrutų aptarnavimą Alytaus rajone. Šiam tikslui bus panaudoti atliekami elektrobusai King Long PEV7, kurie buvo pirkti didele 50 vnt. partija Klaipėdai.

Открытие новых маршрутов связано с отказом от частных автобусных перевозок в городе — большая часть частных автобусных маршрутов на момент выхода новости уже отменена. Оставшиеся маршруты микроавтобусов планируется передать в обслуживание Троллейбусным управлением (ожидается закупка микроавтобусов).

Начинаются работы по ликвидации троллейбусной сети в городе.
Маршрут 9 заменяется автобусами, продлевается до микрорайона "Еврохим", на 2 часа сокращается время работы маршрута.
Сокращается количество графиков на маршруте 6, вместо 6 графиков остаётся 3, планируемый интервал движения — 20 минут.
Маршруты 5, 7 — изменяется расписание.
Маршрут 14 — сокращается время работы маршрута, работает до 20:30.

В связи с возобновлением работы Линии Тридцатилетия Независимости Узбекистана бесплатный компенсационный метробус 1М закрыт. Вместе с этим запущено в эксплуатацию как отдельное новое депо бывшее ПТО этой линии, имеющее теперь официально название "ТЧ-4".

Tram services in the city have been suspended.

Following damage to the city’s tram network caused by shelling on the night of 27 October, tram operations were once again halted for repair and restoration work.

However, due to the deteriorating security situation, mass evacuation of the population, regular shelling of the city, and the critical state of the energy sector, a decision was made to cease operation of the tram system from 1 November 2025.
The last actual day of tram service was 26 October 2025.

Tramcars will soon be evacuated out of the city to ensure their preservation.

The Druzhkivka tram did not live to see its 80th anniversary by even one month.

The Rotterdamse Elektrische Tram public transport operator has taken delivery of its first Mercedes-Benz eCitaro electric bus. A total of 27 three-door vehicles have been ordered.

Trams have returned to Copenhagen after a half-century absence: the first phase of the Letbane system has been opened, featuring the Ishøj – Rødovre Nord 13,1 km-section with 12 stops.

The entire 28-kilometer line is scheduled to open next year.

The extension from Odysséum – Gare Sud de France (1,1 km) is put in service.

HeiterBlick has stopped manufacturing trams for Würzburg.

Würzburg, which ordered a total of 18 new trams from HeiterBlick in 2019, only received the first of them at the end of 2024 — approximately two years later than planned.
The two trams that have been delivered cannot currently be put into service because they have not been certified: the manufacturer, HeiterBlick, is in a difficult financial situation and is unable to continue with the certification tests or deliver further carriages.

HeiterBlick is in the process of restructuring and is actively seeking investors. According to official statements by Würzburg's tram operator WSB, the company's main efforts are now focused on continuing the current project.

17 октября 2025 года в Ярославль прибыл троллейбус КамАЗ-62825 для проведения испытаний.

В Курск прибыл троллейбус УТТЗ-6241.01 "Горожанин" для прохождения тестовой эксплуатации.

Завершена эксплуатация вагонов мувера Bombardier Innovia APM 100 первого поколения (контракт c801). Данные вагоны были изготовлены компанией Adtranz и работали с открытия системы в 1999 году.

Новосибирский метрополитен начал переход на вагоны нового поколения. Начал работу с пассажирами первый состав 81-725.3/726.3/727.3 "Ермак" №№25301-25305. До конца года на линию должны выйти ещё 4 состава нового поколения.

Officially opened to revenue service the extension from Via Roberto Tremelloni to Via Adriano. It's part of the wider project of the "Metrotranvia interquartiere nord", bound to connect districts currently not served by a direct connection. Line 7 gets therefore extended to the new terminus in Via Adriano, while the infrastructures towards the Cascina Gobba M2 metro line station and the temporary Via Ettore Majorana terminus gets completed.

The first train of the new MF19 model has been launched into passenger service: it is intended for line 10. A second train will arrive in January 2026. The complete renewal of the trains on line 10 will be completed in 2027.
