The last day of regular service operations of the Ust-Ilimsk tramway between 9-y Mikrorayon and Severnaya TETs. Train 055+056 operated the last revenue trip between 9-y Mikrorayon and the Depot, pulling in at 21:31. Special non-revenue service between the Depot and Severnaya TETs will be operated until December 30th — 2 trips in the morning, and 2 trips in the evening. The tramway operation will be shutdown from Janurary 1st, 2023, and the tramway infrastructure will be dismantled.

The Maidan Nezalezhnosti and Khreshchatyk metro stations have been reopened. The stations were closed since the end of February, 2022.

The new 3,1 km-long (two-way) segment of the tramway line between Sosnowiec Zagórze Pętla — Zagórze Rondo Jana Pawła II has been opened and the Line 15 has been extended.

The new 3,3 km-long trolleybus line via Mazepa, Guryk Vulitsa, Pivdenny and Pivnyny Boulevards opens. The Line 5 is extended between Trolleybus Depot and AS-3 (Bus Station 3).

Metro services have been reinstated with trains operating every 10 minutes. The substitute bus services (1M, 2M, 3M) have been suspended.

All tram services have been suspended due to power supply shortages. Compensatory diesel bus routes have been launched along tram routes. Buses continue to operate on all trolleybus routes.

Work has begun on the construction of a new tramway junction at the intersection of Ostrovskaya Ulitsa, Moskovskaya Ulitsa, Krasnykh Zor Ulitsa and Kraynyaya Ulitsa. 8 out of 16 city tram services utilize the junction daily. The rebuilt crossing will consist of two T-shaped junctions allowing for trams to operate in all the directions possible. Completion of the project is scheduled for July 1, 2023.

The first two cars of the BKM 62103 type have been delivered (manufacturer serial numbers 138 and 139).

Metro operation has been suspended and tramway services have been partially suspended due to shelling of the city.

A contract has been signed with the Tatra-Yug company for delivery of 13 multi-section articulated low-floor trams of the K1T306 type, as well as for provision of related services.

4 tram cars 71-623 from St. Petersburg arrived in the city.

Открыт новый участок линии скоростного трамвая MBTA Green Line Lechmere — Medford/Tufts. Участок состоит из пяти новых станций: East Somerville, Gilman Square, Magoun Square, Ball Square и Medford/Tufts.

Trolleybus and tram operations observe the official schedule of hourly power supply shutdowns. KP "Mikolayevelektrotrans" is assigned to the second 'consumer level', thus electric transport will run at the following times: 5:00-8:00; 10:00-14:00; 16:00-19:30.

At least 50% of all journeys are operated across all company routes (individual trip count across different routes varies significantly). There are less than a half buses operating and approximately one third / one quarter less trolleybuses than usual. The tram Line 3 between Yuzhniy Vokzal and Tsentralniy Park has been introduced.

The westward metro line extension (in the city of Espoo) has been opened from Matinkylä to Kivenlahti with 5 new stations: Finnoo, Kaitaa, Soukka, Espoonlahti and Kivenlahti.
