The new tram line to Bohunické Nemocnici (the Bohunické hospital) has been launched. Škoda 45T trams have entered service for the first time.

Trolleybus and tram operations observe the official schedule of hourly power supply shutdowns. KP "Mikolayevelektrotrans" is assigned to the second 'consumer level', thus electric transport will run at the following times: 5:00-8:00; 10:00-14:00; 16:00-19:30.

Tatra K2 car 7000 has arrived in Prague following a rehab at the central workshops of Brno. The tram is expected to operate on the Lines 23 and 42 starting from the first quarter of 2023.

The last GLT/Bombardier TVR vehicles will be retired from service on March 12, 2023.

Bus and trolleybus drivers of UAB "Vilniaus viešasis transportas" are on strike. At least 50% of all journeys are operated across all company routes (individual trip count across different routes varies significantly). There are less than a half buses operating and approximately one third / one quarter less trolleybuses than usual. The tram Line 3 between Yuzhniy Vokzal and Tsentralniy Park has been introduced.

The westward metro line extension (in the city of Espoo) has been opened from Matinkylä to Kivenlahti with 5 new stations: Finnoo, Kaitaa, Soukka, Espoonlahti and Kivenlahti. This completes the Western Metro (Länsimetro) project. The total length of the Helsinki metro system is now 43 km with 30 stations. Detailed information in Finnish:

An output for all electric transport in the city is limited to 50% due to power supply shortages.

New trolleybus VMZ-5298.01 Avangard has been delivered following a 13-year break in rolling stock acquisitions. The trolleybus received fleet number 304.

Trolleybus operation is considered closed. 6 partially low-floor midibuses PAZ-3204 Vector Next have been acquired to replace trolleybuses. The new midibuses operate on the former trolleybus Lines 8a and 11, and provide additional service on Line 8 Sporttovary — Khimzavod and Line 8 Sporttovary — Zh.d. Vokzal (Railway Station).

Only two trolleybuses services 4 and 12 remain in the city from 01 December. Each line is operated with 8 trolleybuses.

Trolleybus overhead on Oktyabrskoy Revolyutsii Ulitsa has ben dismantled as a part of the street's reconstruction. This line was opened on 01.27.1962 and had long been serviced by the Route 1. The line was mothballed since 2018. The Monument Druzhby Loop was partially dismantled in 2020.

Trolleybus service reinstated. Trolleybuses operate on a weekend schedule since the beginning of the military conflict.

Daily output of trolleybuses has been reduced twofold. About 30 vehicles operate instead of the usual output of 64 vehicles.

The tram undertaking ownership has been transferred to the municipality as of November, 2022. The carrier has been renamed MUP "Kolomensky tramway".

As per December, 1st the trolleybus Line 2 between DMZ and Zh.d. Vokzal is operated with buses due to constant shelling in the area near the main railway station, while the short version trolleybus Line 1 has been introduced between DMZ and TTs Severniy. The Line 14 operates from Universitet to DOK only due to extensive shelling and damage further down the line to Privokzalniy Rynok. The Line 10 is shortened and operates between Khladokombinat and Prospekt Panfilova.

The trolleybus Line 3 has been suspended leaving only the Line 8 in operation.

As of December, 1st trolleybuses operate between 04:45-10:35 and 14:45-21:30. Diesel buses owned by KTU operate all day.

First electric bus of Temsa MD9 ElectriCITY model was delivered.

The new 2.4 km-ling trolleybus line between the Trolleybus Depot and Kashtak Terminal opens. Trolleybus 363 was the first to operate via the extended Line 1 between Kashtak and Dorozhnaya Bolnitsa at 12:45 pm.

The Light Rail ('fast tramway') operation has been reinstated with a headway approximately 30 min. Other regular tramway services remain suspended. Trolleybus operation has been reinstated with increased headways.

A Škoda 24Tr Irisbus Citybus from 2005, ex-Jihlava 502, has been delivered in November.

All electric transport operations suspended due to power supply issues.

Tram and trolleybus operations have been restored. Water delivery by trams and trolleybuses throughout the city has been resumed.

Delivered two Skoda 24Tr trolleybuses from Pilsen donated to Kharkiv. Ex-Plisen 501, 507 renumbered on Kharkiv 2801, 2802 respectively. The trolleybuses are equipped with diesel generators to allow service in the event of power outages.
