В город на тестовую эксплуатацию прибыл вагон модели 71-923М "Богатырь-М". Выход на линию планируется на следующей неделе. Продолжительность тестовой эксплуатации 30 дней. По распоряжению мэра проезд в новом вагоне будет бесплатным.

Запущен новый троллейбусный маршрут "26А+” “Вул. Молодіжна” – “вул. Академіка Герасимовича” (Крюков), который по левому берегу будет следовать по маршруту "3Б", а через Крюковский мост и далее по правому берегу до кольца на Маламовке будет следовать на автономном ходу. На нем работают троллейбусы АКСМ 32100D.

Администрация города Омска готовится объявить торги на закупку ещё 29 низкопольных троллейбусов. 60% от общей стоимости нового транспорта, или 358 миллионов рублей, оплатит федеральный бюджет. The Troleybusniyat Transport EOOD Haskovo purchased 5 second hand trolleybuses from Czechia at the price of 150 000 Lv (76 602 Euro) — 3 Škoda 24Tr Irisbus Citelis trolleybuses from Mariánské Lázně, and 2 Škoda 24Tr Irisbus Citelis trolleybuses from Plzeň.

Delivered the first 2 AKSM-321D (BKM-Ukraina) trolleybuses with an auxiliary power option, from a batch of 8 such vehicles ordered with credit via the EBRD. These trolleybuses are to be used for service over the bridge to the Kryukiv neighborhood. The new vehicles are to enter service in a few weeks.

The STAR operator has ordered 92 Mercedes-Benz eCitaro electric buses. 33 in the 12-meter version, another 59 in the 18-meter version. According to the contract, the delivery time is from 2022 to 2025.

The trolleybus route 10A "Vishenka-Nemirovskoe shosse" was launched in test mode. Trolleybuses PTS-12 with increased autonomous running up to 20 km will operate on this route. From the final stop "st. Chekhova" to the new terminal "Nemirovskoe shosse" (distance 2.5 km) trolleybuses run autonomously. Подписан контракт на поставку 20 электробусов SOR EBN 9,5. Поставка ожидается в конце 2021 года. Тендер на поставку 15 новых троллейбусов был отменен из-за неточностей в технических критериях, и был объявлен новый тендер.

Вагоны модели 71-911ЕМ "Львенок" после наладки и прохождения регламентных работ вышли на линию в количестве 10 единиц.

In a face of public pressure, the city authorities and the Arselor Mittal Temirtau management (the tramway enterprise owner and operator) announced that the closure of the tramway system is not on the agenda. The Temirtau tramway currently continues to operate. Earlier reports suggested of the existence of the official memo by the AMT director regarding the closure of the tramway operation on 14.09.2020.

Открыт новый троллейбусный маршрут № 6: Соборная пл. — просп. Яворницкого — ул. 6-й Стрелковой дивизии — ул. Набережная Победы — Южный мост — ул. Гаванская — ул. Электрическая — ул. 20-летия Победы — ж/м «Приднепровск» (Самарский райисполком).

Около половины маршрута (от ул. Космической до ж/м «Приднепровск») троллейбусы проходят без контактной сети на автономном ходе.

Маршрут стал четвёртой по счёту «шестёркой» за всю историю днепровского троллейбуса.

On the 11th of September due to M9 line integration and M1 line capacity enhancement works Yenibosna, World Trade Centre (DTM) and Atatürk Airport stations will be temporarily closed. Services on M1A will be provided between Yenikapı and Ataköy-Şirinevler.
From Ataköy-Şirinevler station to Atatürk Havalimanı (Atatürk Airport) will run İETT shuttles free of charge with stops near closed stations.
When the M9 line (İkitelli Sanayi — Ataköy) integration works are completed, comfortable and fast transfer will be provided between the lines. Line M9 is planned to be partially opened in 2021.
