During low power supply supervision allows for only one car to run per a particular segment of the line.

A case of yet another power shortage or shutdown.
An overcrowded tram following a delay.
The tram was just being held in the station, and is about to proceed with the security guards managing the load and door closings.

Очередное понижение или отключение энергоснабжения.
Переполненный в результате задержки трамвай.
Трамвай был только что задержан и ожидал на станции, после чего на этот раз движение возобновляется, и охранники регулируют загрузку вагона и закрытие дверей перед отправлением.
