When can I catch the 15tr in Vilnius?

Mostly they can be found on route 7, during rush hours. However, tomorrow will be the last day of their operation before summer holidays. So, you'll be able to catch them either tomorrow or starting from the end of August or the beginning of September.

From 2025-06-21 summer timetables will be in effect. 127 vehicles are needed instead of usual 177. 177-127=50, and 50 is significantly more than the usual amount of ~35 14Tr/15Tr. It may be that even reserve vehicles at terminal stops on weekdays won't be 14Tr.

14Tr are still showing up online today, e.g. 617 on route 7, 582 on 16. Are they actually operating?

Yes, they are operating but it looks like it was not planned. There are quite a lot Trollino 15 out of service.
