Had 19.02.25. an accident with BMW near Kalev stop on Pärnu maantee.
BMW driver, who was under influence of narcotics, climbed afterwards on a tree near accident site and stayed there for hours, until finally helped down, using rescue lifter. The whole thing happened literally in front of police HQ.
