Blunt answer: soon? - no, Solaris? - they're not the only trolleybus manufacturers.

Right now there are goals for 2030 to buy new trolleybuses which can run certain distance autonomously. It would be standard, articulated and bi-articulated vehicles. As of now, there were no visible actions taken towards this goal or, at least, they were not communicated.
