На фото все участники проекта ещё настроены оптимистично. Со временем оптимизм спадёт, официальные церомонии с шариками уйдут на воторой план. Проект The Loop Trolley до последнего дня преследовали просчёты, проблемы и просто невезение - от финансовых проблем, до... перестрелок вокруг трамвая ))
