С начала октября 2017 года началось строительство третьего за последний год участка метрополитена. Началось строительство надземного участка Узбекистанской линии "Станция метрополитена Дустлик — озеро Рохат — Куйлюк".

110th anniversary of the St. Petersburg tramway.

Delivered the first 5 trolleybuses of the BKM-321 type of a batch of 40 vehicles.

Trolleybus revenue service opens. The 11 km-long line Massira — Guliz is operated with 10 Veyron G92 12 meter-long trolleybuses delviered, equipped with auxiliary power option, manufactured by the Chinese builder Dongfeng Yangtse (out of 15 such vehicles ordered). Trolleybuses operate between 6-23 hours on a 6 min. headway during rush hours, and 12 min other times. The overhead is not used due to absence of certification by the local authorities. Trolleybuses are being recharged at the depot, and operate in the autonomous rechargeable electric bus mode. A network expansion is planned for 2019, for which Dongfeng Yangtse will deliver 20 additional 18 meter-long articulated vehicles.

В городе идет полный демонтаж трамвайной инфраструктуры. Убирается все от рельсошпальной решетки до опор КС. Скоро в городе о трамвае будет напоминать разве что история.

The Tranvía Metropolitano de Granada Light Rail Line opens for passenger service. The 15,9 km-long line between Albolote in the north and Armill in the south of the city has 26 stops, 3 of which are underground stations within the 3 km-long tunnel under the city center. The line is operated with 15 CAF Urbos 3 trams, which received numbers 301-315. The line operates between 6:00 in the morning (Sundays from 7:30) and 23:00 at night (Fridays, Saturdays until 2:00).

Delivered a batch of 12-meter rechargeable electric buses built by the Chinese manufacturer "BYD". 20 buses will operate on the Lines 6 & 19.

MUP "City electric transport" ceased its activities in connection with the liquidation.

Following rail maintenance the suburban Comasina — Limbiate tramway line reopens for service. The new schedule: Monday — Saturday 5:11-9:54 and 16:28-20:58.

The diesel bus carrier OOO PATP 1 acquired 33 trolleybuses and trolleybus overhead from the bankrupt trolleybus carrier Vologdaelectrotrans at the action for 4 712 000 Rubles.

The first LVS-86M2 tram enters service. Car number 3059 operates via the Line 21.

The new tramway line to Tverskaya Zastava Ploschad opens. The new extension is served by the Lines 7 & 9.

Delivered the first 24-meter-long double-articulated trolleybus Van Hool Exquicity out of a batch of 20 such trolleybuses.

Contract signed for delivery of 35 trolleybuses of the Bogdan-T70117 type and 5 trolleybuses of the Bogdan-T90117 type using funds by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD.

The new trolleybus connector line opens between the two existing terminal loops at the Airport.

Opening of a 4.6km extension of U-Bahn Line U1. The €600m project has added five stations at Troststraße, Altes Landgut, Alaudagasse, Neulaa and Oberlaa with the line running in tunnel between Reumannplatz and Alaudagasse, and at-grade to Oberlaa.

Ui-Sinseol LRT opens from Bukhansan Ui station to Sinseol-dong station (dong means district)

Following a 2,5-year suspension the tramway service is reinstated to the Myasnikova Ploschad. The Lines 1, 4 & 7 are reinstated. The Line 2 is not reinstated.

The tram service to the airport opens. The new extension is operated by the Line 4 Tondi — Lennujaam.

The trolleybus Line 1 now operates during 'rush' hours only. The Line 2 remains the only full service trolleybus line in the city. The fare increases to 15 Rubles.

Delivered four ex-Luzern NAW BT 5-25 trolleybus 261, 263, 274 & 279. Berna 4TP-A trolleybus 203 withdrawn.

The tram Lines 1, 3 and Koltsevoy ('Circular') are suspended for 2 months due to rehab of the track and overhead via Krylova, Schorsa, Chekhova and Privokzalnaya Ulitsa, as well as the Baklanovskiy Prospect crossing.

Rechargeable electric buses are now fully accepted on our website.
