As from April 6, the tram service on Shevchenka Vulytsia, Solidarnosti Vulytsia and Kalibrova Vulytsia has been suspended between Zelenyi Yar and Zavod Dniprospetsstal stops due to poor track conditions. On the Line 12, trams are only running between Maidan Voli and Zelenyi Yar. Replacement buses are operating between Kombinat Zaporizhstal and Tsentralna Prokhidna.

Delivered 2 ex-Moscow trams of 71-619KT type of a batch of 10 such trams. Unloading was done on April 7th.

Delivered the first 2 new trolleybuses Дніпро (Dnipro) T203. Delivery of 2 more such vehicles expected by the end of the month.

The last Soviet-built original metro trains of the 81-717.2 type are retired. The so-called "Blue Metro" is now history. The last trainset will leave Hungary by April, 17th.

The tram Line 5 to Dzyomgi closes permanently due to unsafe track condition between Stepnaya Ulitsa & Pobedy Prospect. There will be no repairs since proposed reconstruction of Komsomolskoe Shosse does not include retention of tramway tracks.

Delivered the first trolleybus Škoda 30Tr SOR of a batch of 9 vehicles. The new trolleybuses will be numbered 29-37. The trolleybuses are equipped with the rechargeable battery auxiliary power capability.

Redesign of an overhead at the intersection of Ulyanova Ulitsa & Bryanskoy Proletarskoy Divizii Ulitsa with introduction of a left turn from Ulyanova Ulitsa prior to opening of a new trolleybus service.

The public carrier 'Konstantinovskoe Tramwaynoe Upravlenie' officially disbanded. The Konstantinovka tramway is closed.

В рамках очередного 49-ого заседания Тульской городской Думы был представлен доклад об итогах общегородского голосования, состоявшегося 18 марта 2018 года.
За сохранение трамваев свой голос отдали 71,5%; против – 28,5% проголосовавших туляков.
Результаты голосования будут вынесены на обсуждение Штаба по стратегическому развитию Тулы.

2 new Solaris Urbino IV 12 Electric started service on route "84". The order includes 25 electric buses, that will be delivered before end of year.

В городе начались испытания электробуса с динамической подзарядкой ТролЗа-5265.02 "Мегаполис". Машина работает на 1-м маршруте с пассажирами.

Прибыла первая партия из 5 троллейбусов Тролза-5275.03 «Оптима». Согласно контракту, всего в Бишкек до конца лета должны доставить 37 троллейбусов данной модели.

The new segment of the Lyublinskaya — Dmitrovskaya Metro Line opens with 3 new stations: Okruzhnaya, Verkhnie Likhobory and Seligerskaya.

Minister of Public Works & Transport Abdelghani Zaalane inaugurates the cities first tram line. Construction of the 9·7 km route with 16 stops was undertaken by a consortium of Rover Alcisa, Elecnor & Assignia Infrestructuras under a €228m contract awarded in 2013. Cital has supplied 23 Citadis trams assembled at its factory in Annaba. Each 44 m long vehicle has capacity for 400 passengers.

Поступил для испытаний с пассажирами электробус Volgabus СитиРитм-12Е (5270Е).

The tramway Line 2 opens between Zheleznodorozhniy Vokzal (the Main Railroad Station) and Siabskiy Bazar (the Siabskiy Market). The new line consists of 18 stops, and will be operated with 8 VarioLF cars on the 7 minute headway.

Stadler is to deliver 12 Metelitsa trams to Bolivia for the future Cochabamba Metropolitan Train system. The Bolivia's first new planned Light Rail network of 3 lines, 43 stations and 42 km. of tack should open by 2020. The project will cost $447 million.

The interurban network operation was suspended in the mid-09.2017 due to the aftermath of the Hurricane Irma. As of 03.2018 the operation is not reinstated.

The first autonomous electric bus will operate for 3 months of testing.

Upon completion of the Vysokiy & Derevyanniy Bridges' rehab tramway operation through the 'island' to the Myaskombinat (Dyunnaya Ulitsa) is reinstated.

The first 5 of the batch of 14 trolleybuses delivered second-hand form Moscow are put into service. The rest of the vehicles will follow soon.

Solaris won the contract to deliver 80 new Trollino 18,75 MetroStyle trolleybuses with Kiepe Electric equipment. The Esslingen 504 was tested on Milan's Lines 90/91 this February — March.

TrolZa-5265.02 Megapolis trolleybus is delivered for presentation and testing.

2 new trams of the 71-623-03 type of the batch of 20 such trams are delivered to the Depot 5.

В автобусный парк R-1 "Woronicza" поступил первый автобус Solaris Urbino 12 IV Electric. Согласно договору поставки, в город должно прийти всего 50 автобусов данной модели.
