Chronology

04.07.2019	In connection with plans to expand the tram network, Munich has ordered an additional batch of 73 four-section Avenio trams from Siemens. The contract is worth around 200 million euros; deliveries are expected to begin in 2021.
11.12.2016	The Tram Line 25 extended between Max-Weber-Platz & Berg am Laim Bahnhof. The new section is 2,8 km. long.
24.04.2016	Commissioning of the 400-meter-long People Mover at Munich Airport to connect the new satellite terminal.
