December 4, 2021 marked the end of a chapter in the history of public transport with trolleybuses in Brașov: the withdrawal from circulation of the last Volvo trolleybus of Swiss origin, considered as the most reliable and longest-lasting trolleybus models bought second-hand that were in service in this city. This model of trolleybus transported Brașov people, tourists and enthusiasts between 2008 and 2021.
