The service tracks behind the station of Oostende are frequently used. In one direction, for the services between Westende and Oostende and in the other direction — as this tram do — for the exchanges of trams in the late afternoon. A fresh (cleaned) tram will be exchanged for another tram, coming from De Panne, that will be cleaned and coming some time later back on the route, to be exchanged for another tram.
