Following a period of trams being held in stations due to inadequate power supply, the power is low enough, and passengers are let go, directed to take buses or shared taxies for the rest of their journey.
This time the shutdown will continue for 40 minutes.

После периода задержек трамваев на станциях из-за низкого напряжения, энергоснабжение падает на столько, что пассажиров высаживают и отправляют на автобусы или коллективные такси.
