A 1992-built replica of a Portland (OR) type 1903 Brill tram is ready to roll.
The tram awaits system's opening which was postponed multiple times.
At the time of the visit the project was already 1-3 years behind schedule.
There will be another 15 months before this tram will carry passengers.
