STAS #435 is stopping at Châteaucreux Gare before continuing on into the city centre and La Cotonne. Line 10 was closed in 2010.

This is an interesting (historical photo) for two reasons. Here one can see the reason why the tram company remained loyal to the trolley for so long: the overhead wires of both means of transport hung side by side.
The vehicle itself was unique: only this PCC was radically (and then futuristically) rebuilt.
It remained a loner. New trams had already been ordered, and when the last series was delivered in 1998, this unique tram went out of service after barely seven years. The tram has been preserved, initially in the hope of being sold one day, afterwards because it's an unique specimen.
