С прошедшим 150-м юбилеем, Гленельгский трамвай!

Сегодня в обзоре единственные в своём роде трамвайные переезды в Австралии, которые оборудованы ж/д светофорами и шлагбаумами.
В Аделаиде таких переездов целых 8 штук. Расположены они после начала обособленной части путей.
Шлагбаум опускается за ~45 секунд до проезда трамвая, и если нету навстречу проезжающего трамвая — открываются сразу после проезда. По этому ждать перед такими переездами долго не приходится.
Данный переезд находится на Winifred Avenue, рядом с остановкой Beckman Street (Stop 8).

Happy 150th anniversary Glenelg tram!

Today we have the one of a kind tramway crossings in Australia that are equipped with railway traffic lights and barriers.
There are 8 such crossings in Adelaide. They are located just after the beginning of segments with a segregated right-of-way.
The crossing lights-up within ~45 seconds prior to the tram passing, and provided there is no tram passing in the opposite direction of travel, the gates immediately open after the passage. Hence, a wait at the crossing is not that long.
This crossing particular is located on Winifred Avenue, next to the Beckman Street Stop (Stop 8).
