Operating Route 36 to Eastwick.
SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) subway-surface trolley system incorporates five lines (10, 11, 13, 34, 36) covering 39.6 miles complementing SEPTA’s extensive commuter rail and subway heavy rail network. Services are operated by a fleet of 112 single car Kawasaki Type K light rail vehicles, delivered in the early 1980’s. These vehicles will be replaced from 2027 by Alstom's Citadis vehicles following award of a 130 vehicle order in early 2023.
13th Street Station has two subterranean transit services. Sub-surface Blue Line MFL (Market-Frankford Line) heavy rail subway and further below is the Green Line subway-surface trolley.
