This is why Praha is best in January and February. Best, because most tourists hate cold temperatures, while I do not mind such. I like winter.
Liberec I did not like. Small, too many sex shops and unfriendly people.

It is!! Best Tatras you always found in Praha. But, in the future Praha will be a Škoda city. Its sad, but Tatra era coming to an end sooner or later.

Such winter as depicted on your photo? Well, as for me, it looks like late autumn or early spring. I like such winter too. But usually we have a LOT of snow (transforming to ice on the sidewalks, or to dirty shit on the roads) and very low temperatures.

And true, Liberec I did not like so much. Typical Czech city that is located too close to German border. The closer to German border, the more sex-shops, crime, gypsies... no, it is not my idea. I like Praha not only for its beautiful architecture but also for the fact that it is an old culture city.

Как коренной "либеречак" скажу - моя мечта выглядит совсем по-другому, чем этот город) Особенно центр города - в течение последних 10 лет его полностью превратили в какой-то постапокалиптический пейзаж. Про уровень общественного транспорта даже лучше не говорить. Прага, хотя и задушенная безконечными толпами туристов, все-таки один из самых уютных и мирных городов-миллионников.

В Либерце мне больше всего нравится участок улицы Masarykova, где расположены старинные особняки.
