Cool looking Belorussian articulated tram, but where are windows to open?

Very nice, I see them! Nothing worse than trams and busses with too small windows, in rush-hours stuffed with passengers :)))
On the photos of the interior I see, many "stairs" inside the cabin. It is not very comfortable to have such, even less comfortable with luggage but it is the price to pay for low-floor tram.

Not necessarily. "Vityaz" has 100% low floor without stairs inside.

Actually, in articulated trams it is for some reason much easier to make 100% low floor than in single (one-section) trams, which are said to have only two 100% low floor models in the world, the Czech EVO and the Russian 71-911 "Citystar" (which uses the Czech cart structure).

Есть ли перспективы продления маршрута в сторону Выборгской?

Вообще-то хотели продлить до площади Ленина при запуске тройки до Сенной, но это всё были пустые разговоры. Без организации выделенных полос на Садовой улице хотя бы между Сенной площадью и Невским проспектом, а также на Троицком мосту продление маршрута бессмысленно.
А так в действительности трасса 3 маршрута до Выборгской была бы неплоха: задействована была бы линия на Гренадерском мосту, на котором нет постоянных маршрутов транспорта, а также у метро "Выборгская" нет пробок в отличие от той же площади Ленина.

Серый, да уж не хотя бы, а от Сенной площади до Троицкой площади, поскольку и на набережной Лебяжьей канавки, и на Садовой после Невского пробки - обычное явление.
