It is rare for russian cities to have. What is the reason, other cities not have the articulated trans? In Europe -it is not rare.

Articulated trams are too expensive for most Russian cities except Moscow and St Petersburg.

Грустно что по 18-му катаются новые вагоны, а по 55 и 47 старенькие вагоны( Хотя бы на 47 чтоль пустили их...

На 18 маршруте как раз есть народ, в отличие от 19-го.
Когда как независимо от состояния путей новые вагоны ходят по 64 маршруту.

Perhaps, a company should invent a cheap, but relieable no-frills tram, that is affordable for poorer cities?
