This is true. It is not long distance train either. Still, I think there must be some comfort or at least ergonomic shape of seats. These ones, just bad, pain in the ass, worse than any other. I think, all time best are the original T3 Tatra seats! They have ergonomic good fitting for passengers body, are easy to clean. And, on a ride, 10-20 minutes comfortable. So, a tram seat must be! Only good thing on Škoda "spaceships" is, they have high windows, better doors and outside more silent :)) Other option if you want wooden seats: Copy of Düwag GT6 seats. Simple but ergonomic too.

New is NOT always better :))

By the way: I had to buy a month ticket for my 9 days stay. On my last day.. what to do with ticket.. I gave to a homeless person on the railway station. Better enjoy tram rides than buy more vodka :p
