С большой долей вероятности, исходя из маршрутоуказателя, можно предположить, что это трамвайный маршрут № 3

Не согласен:
1) СМЕ 205+204 ходила тогда по 5 маршруту;
2) маршрут № 3 примерно до 1977 года обслуживался вагонами КТМ-КТП, а затем одиночными "Татрами".
