Да, привязывают.

Велосипедистов не ожидал столько увидеть, учитывая, что велодорожки далеко не везде. В Амстердаме организация куда лучше и велосипедистов на порядок больше. Но из посещенных городов Берлин, пожалуй, на втором месте по числу велосипедистов. В Потсдаме тоже, кстати, много.
