I suppose that's stopped by the carrier for not paying transport other vehicles. The area where it stands trolleybus belongs to the transport from the Netherlands to eastern Europe.

As far as I could see, it is not there anymore. I visited the trolleybus in 2016 and one of the employees there asked me if I wanted to buy the trolleybus, because they did not know what to do with it.
