Would you, please, comment on changes in the tram network configuration "Altmarkt – Sandower Str."? It strikes as discrepancies what we see in the 1960s and 1990s compared to the 1980s:
1) The Sandower Str. is found as a single-track way in 1968 (http://transphoto.ru/photo/586338/) and it gets its twin track by 1995 (http://transphoto.ru/photo/615248/). But where did the counter track run for 1968?
[The same applies to the St. Nikolai Church's locality in 1981 (http://transphoto.ru/photo/592161/) and the Old Market place in 1991 (http://transphoto.ru/photo/691997/) – as against 1995 (http://transphoto.ru/photo/358837/).]
2) How does the above 1991 photo, where the Old Market still has a single track, fit in the context of the two other photos: http://transphoto.ru/photo/593506/ for 1986 and http://transphoto.ru/photo/434434/ for 1988 – where the double-track tramline is already shown?
3) I have trouble in comprehending the location of a dual-track line at http://transphoto.ru/photo/583385/ for 1966! Is that not the same spot as http://transphoto.ru/photo/434434/? Or does the depicted location on the 583385-photo imply: there formerly existed another tramline running parallely (to Berliner Str.) – along Marktstr., or perpendicularly (to Berliner Str.) – along Spremberger Str.?
