At Augustusbrücke was celebrate the "end of Tatra T4D-traffic" in Dresden with the historic T4D and the newest Lowfloor-Tram at this city. Many People say good-bye.

At special for this day, the tram-company have send some Tatra-trams at line for photographs.

Пожалуй, лучше будет:
...the tram company sent some Tatra-trams...
хотя можно использовать и Present Perfect:
...the tram company has sent Tatra-trams...
но никак не Past:
...the tram company had sent Tatra-trams...
