Due to constant breakdowns and the operator's lack of interest in keeping the trolleybuses running, typically only half of the 15 trolleybuses in the fleet are ready to go into service.
To fully cover all routes on the network, potentially... exactly 15 vehicles are needed.
Trolleybuses 1603and the low-floor 1705 (the two trolleybuses on the right in the picture) will never return to service and will soon be decommissioned along with 1704, 1710 and 1713.
