Sure it was old, but I'd say the main reason was uneffective management. The body had some rust and the interior was heavily worn, and there were some technical problems but still it could be repaired, esp. in the Central Trolleybus Repair Workshops. But the management decided to withdraw it. BTW, now "Crimean trolleybus" faces some problems with a lack of troleybuses, esp. in Simferopol
