A headline for a series of photos uploaded today can be: 'In Memory of Gotha Trams in Woltersdrof'. However, personally, I would rather call it 'IN MEMORY OF WOLTERSDORF TRAMS'.

Unfortunately from 02.03.2025 Gotha trams have been replaced with the new Modertrans Moderus Gamma LF 10 trams.

I've been riding older trams in Woltersdorf since the early 1990s, and sincerely sorry to see them go. The Woltersdorf line will never be the same without older high floor DDR-era trams.

In today's upload - my contribution to history with photographs from 24.08.2008, 15.07.2012, 27.03.2024 and 29.03.2024. The latter 2 trips were taken on the tip from local staff for full coverage of different equipment, since different cars were put out in service on those two days.

Серию фотографий, загруженных сегодня, чисто технически можно озаглавить: "Памяти трамваев Гота в Вольтерсдрофе". Однако, лично я предпочёл бы заголовок: "ПАМЯТИ ВОЛЬТЕРСДОРФСКОГО ТРАМВАЯ".

К сожалению, с 02.03.2025 трамваи Гота были заменены новыми трамваями Modertrans Moderus Gamma LF 10.

Ездил на старых трамваях в Вольтерсдорфе с начала 1990-х, и искренне сожалею об их уходе в небытие. Без старых высокопольных трамваев времён ГДР линия Вольтерсдорфа потеряла свой особый шарм, и теперь никогда не будет такой, как была.

В сегодняшней загрузке фото — мой вклад в историю из поездок от 24.08.2008, 15.07.2012, 27.03.2024 и 29.03.2024. Последние две поездки были организованы по совету местного персонала в депо для более полного покрытия ПС, поскольку в эти два дня на линию были выставлены разные вагоны.
