According to some sources, the era of Konstal 105Na high-floor trams in Poznań is coming to an end. These trams may be removed from service by the end of 2025. Today's upload contains the first part of a photo coverage of these trams from last week's trip.

For those interested in experiencing this fading history, it might make sense to go before the end of the year. Currently Poznań is aiming for optimal low-floor tram coverage within the available options. Thus all high-floor trams in the city operate only during weekday 'rush' hours. All high-floor trams pull into depots for a daily siesta between peak hours. Sometimes one can be lucky enough to catch a late depot pull-in, which continue until almost 11:00 AM. Note, the evening rush hour begins quite early in the city, during school hours, around 13:30.

A question for those familiar with the situation in Poznań: are there plans to get rid of ALL high-floor trams by the end of the year? Or just the unmodernized 105N trams? What about the fate of the modernized high floor trams?
