For the record, "restoration" is a bit of an exaggeration for what was actually done. As for 5911, it was simply cleared of its advertising to be displayed at the "European Mobility Week" event.

It is currently not operational and, unlike 5205, the costs are significant to put it back into circulation as many of its parts were stolen while it was withdrawn from circulation in 2021. It will be preserved, but as a static trolleybus.

The company's financial situation has been a problem for many years. The only investments and fleet renewals are possible only thanks to European funds. But these are insufficient and, when these are accessed, they buy something else than they should (9-meter buses instead of articulated buses for main lines). For this reason, Ploiești kept Ikarus buses in service until 2020 and MAN buses purchased in 2000-2 are still in service in the city.
