The funicular is very popular with mountain bikers, with the entire face of the mounting crisscrossed with downhill bike trails.

In this photo the bike trail is crossing the funicular line through the arch.

The entire mountain is closed-off for pedestrians, and is completely given over to mountain bikers, predominantly teenage boys. A very strange arrangements, since hiking down the mountain is now impossible. Good photos of the funicular line, especially of the famous viaduct with the passing point, are thus impossible as well. Фуникулёр пользуется большой популярностью у любителей велосипедного спорта по пересечённой местности, а вся лицевая сторона горы покрыта трассами для спуска на велосипедах.

На данном фото велотрасса пересекает линию фуникулера сквозь арку.

Вся гора закрыта для пешеходов и полностью отдана горным велосипедистам, практически поголовно парням-подросткам. Очень странное решение, поскольку поход с горы для публики теперь невозможен. По этой же причине невозможно сделать хорошие фотографии линии фуникулера, в том числе знаменитого виадука с разъездом. Вот фотографии от 1900 года взамен:
