Отвечу на русском:
1) да
2) демонтаж до остановки Matoba-cho (的場町), после чего два тупиковых перегона от Inari-machi и Dambara 1-chome (段原一丁目)　соединят кривой (по плану - весна 2026).

That’s right, all routes are transferred to the new terminal.And, Enkobashi-cho has been discontinued. Matoba-cho and Dambara 1-chome are treated as suspended and will be re-operated during 2026.
