A case of yet another power shortage or shutdown.
An overcrowded tram following a delay.
The tram was just being held in the station, and is about to proceed with the security guards managing the load and door closings.

Переполненный в результате задержки трамвай.
Трамвай был только что задержан и ожидал на станции, после чего на этот раз движение возобновляется, и охранники регулируют загрузку вагона и закрытие дверей перед отправлением.

Вот мы так же году в 2003-м где-то по Дагомысом на долгом разъезде двери старой набитой в хлам электрички открывали и воздухом дышали)) Тогда там однопутных участков было до кучи. В +30 на стоянках дышать было вообще нечем.
