Над проектом BeIntelli совместно с фирмой MAN работают Берлинский Технический университет, а также компания Ingenieurgesellschaft Auto und Verkehr (IAV) GmbH.

Автобус, созданный на базе модели Lion's City E, оснащен автоматизированной системой вождения ADS, разработанной партнерами проекта BeIntelli DAI-Lab (принадлежит Берлинскому Техническому университету). Она содержит около 60 датчиков, среди которых камеры, ультразвуковые системы, лидары и радары. С помощью искусственного интеллекта и датчиков генерируется цифровая версия окружающей среды.

Для наглядной демонстрации работы всей системы в салоне установлены дополнительные экраны.
В рамках испытания XAI-беспилотной технологии BeIntelli планирует в ближайшее время организовать ознакомительные поездки по 17-километровому маршруту от Adenauer Platz через Ernst-Reuter-Platz до Бранденбургских Ворот.

The BeIntelli project is being developed jointly by the Technical University of Berlin and MAN, as well as Ingenieurgesellschaft Auto und Verkehr (IAV) GmbH.

The bus, based on the Lion's City E model, is equipped with the ADS automated driving system developed by the partners of the BeIntelli DAI-Lab project (owned by the Technical University of Berlin). It contains around 60 sensors, including cameras, ultrasonic systems, lidars, and radars. With the help of artificial intelligence and sensors, a digital version of the environment is generated.

Additional screens have been installed in the cabin to clearly demonstrate the operation of the entire system.
As part of the trial of driverless XAI technology, BeIntelli will organize demonstration trips along a 17-kilometer route from Adenauer Platz via Ernst-Reuter-Platz to the Brandenburg Gate in the near future.
