Cars on the sidewalk, people on the road, unfortunately a common sight south of the Danube too. Also, very interesting overhead wiring suspension. I haven't seen this design before, is it widely used in Romania?

No, it isn't that much used in Romania. It's only used in a couple of places in Bucharest from what I've seen.
