Как я понимаю, сеть полностью цела, но сам тролл.парк прекратил эксплуатацию троллейбусов и возобновлять движение не планирует.

Похоже, что да, т.к. троллейбусы просто куда-то рассосались. И следа от них не нашёл, зато КС висит по всему городу. В троллейбусном депо обитают только автобусы и электробусы.
