(Sorry for the answer in English): I don't think that's a wise idea. It is a quite rare vehicle and the 22Tr trolleybuses underwent a major renovation more than 10 years ago. They would have to be re-invested plus spare parts for them are not easily available.
But we still have a few 14Trs in service that are also due to be withdrawn later this year. Some of them could go to Ukraine.
