The two Christmas trams for 2022.
The tram on the left is a real original coastal tram, painted in the historic colours. The tram on the right never ran in service on the coastline and wears the historic N.M.V.B. colours, which are correct, but not for the coastal tram, at least: not for the period shown. There is 1 more important difference: the tram on the left (from the coast) is 2.40 metres wide and couldn't and can't be used elsewhere. The same applies to the new CAF trams, which are wider on the coast than in Antwerp. Antwerp trams can be used on the coast (which are smaller) but the Coastal trams not in Antwerp or Ghent.
