As per route reform of 12.2021 the Line T6 operating between the city center and the seacoast now terminates at the Pikrodaphne Stop, while the coastal Line 7 is a through service. A transfer is also possible at the Edem Stop, which option is used by passengers traveling between Piraeus and the city center. This move effectively saves them two stops. During the rush hour this could mean a constant flow of people running over the tracks. Before 12.2021 the ride between the coastal line and the city center was a one-seat ride.
