Если не ошибаюсь, ранее этот троллейбус замечал с синими бортами и белым верхом.

Да, он таким был. До октября 2000 г. и с мая по сентябрь 2001 г. Правда синим он был с момента поставки до лета 1994 г. и с мая 1999 до осени 2000 г. А с лета 1994 по апрель 1999 г. и с мая по сентябрь 2001 г. его борты были голубыми.
