I think the trolleybus has a front plastic mask from another vehicle (because the DAC 117 UD is model of articulated diesel bus). Other Targu-Jiu trolleybuses have a plastic mask with the inscription ROCAR. And ROCAR & DAC should be one factory together, they have been selling products under the name ROCAR since the 90's.
