В 1919 г. физически не могли напечатать открытку с надписью "Петербург", да ещё и с английским языком. На следующий день в типографии, которая в 1919 г. напечатала бы такую открытку, уже работали бы новые сотрудники. Такая открытка могла быть напечатана до августа 1914 г., пока Петербург не переименовали в Петроград.
Дата 1919 г. - скорее всего какая-нибудь инвентаризация в коллекции.
