Almost all of the batteries had failed and the vehicle could only cover the distance of 750 metres with great difficulty. Pulling a trailer was impossible in these conditions and with the simplest resources, power had to be recharged after each short journey. The wire can be seen on the photo. The travelers therefore had plenty of time to visit the exhibition in coach 12, where they could (or should) learn about the animals and plants found in the area.
