So far, the only known photo of buses operating in Onsong. The eastern terminus is fully visible, buses terminated in a counter clockwise motion. The buses are converted Jipsan 88's, the Wangjaesan grand monument is visible in the background and the headsign says Onsong — Wangjaesan (온성 왕재산)

This is the south Korean repository of a Rodong Sinmun article, (which unfortunately, only searches titles) and says that the Onsong-Wangjaesan trolleybus was opened. The article is dated 16th January, 1996, so the trolleybus probably opened a day earlier.
