I must remember this and see what's possible in 2022. The collection is interesting enough and the tram network also offers more than enough opportunities. Thanks for sharing your photos.

Thank you. Yes, it would be corresponding with city history (in the past there were freight trams and Ostrava at all was pure industrial city). But I am not sure, if DPO has freight wagons. Maybe some rail company has.

Yes, still enough Tatras. But only in workdays. In weekends you can see only KT8D5 (on day) and some T3 on night shifts. There are quite enough insteresting photo places too. Future of historical trams in unclear, as DPO workshops, including place with historical fleet, was sold to Škoda Transportation. In 2022 you can maybe see new Śkoda 39T vehicles too.

Museum trams will probably not be part of Skoda Transportation's core business. The photos are very recent and apparently these trams still managed to run. There is a picture here with a goods wagon. https://transphoto.org/photo/511287/?vid=162470 For 2021, I fear that it will be difficult (Covid-19 measures), but I really intend to arrange something with these trams in 2022 - as long as there is a convenient contact partner. Putting together a small group is not a problem: the trams are more than attractive.

Yes I know, but museum cars are garaged on Škoda premises as they are in workshops. Not clear how it will be handled with their maintenance.

I think it should be possible to rent cars for private fototravel. Not all vehicles are mentioned on rent page https://zajezdy.dpo.cz/ but maybe other cars could be rented too.
But I would ask Petr Bystroň (he is on Transphoto) or Aleš Burakowski (old trams driver) http://www.burakowski.cz/ I think they would know. Such things is good is to arrange with local transport fans group, as they know more about local circumstances as me, lone spotter.

Two wagons were recently brought from railway museum in Schwechat (next to Wien), one of them was also on display last weekend:

Was it really the real estate itself, that was sold? Not only the maintenance company Ekova, which may remain a co-user of DPO facilities like Inekon? There are many departments of DPO, which seem to still work there. (Also in Praha: Siemens and Skoda does the maintenance of metro cars, but all the real estates keep on belong to DPP.)
P.S.: I'd be also interested in some special rides in Ostrava next year... ;-)
