In truth, our network is active for many years (over 60), but it isn't „deplorable”. Bad parts have been replaced over time and the network is regularly maintained. It's not like in Switzerland where trolleybuses „fly”, but it's not as ruined as in Soviet countries. It's decent and can be used at reasonable speeds. The crossing in the video is known for its periodic problems, problems that are solved in a few hours. There, the greater flow of trolleybuses is the one that comes perpendicular to the direction of the trolleybus from that video.
Let's stop believing everything that some and others say on the internet, especially those who aren't from Brașov and believe that they're omniscient in everything. The person who wrote the comment is not from Brașov and hasn't any contact with this city to know that the network receives the necessary attention whenever it is needed for trolleybuses to run optimally.
